that yearns for songs"
An excerpt of the new play directed by Yeoshua Sobol, and presented
at the Yiddish Theater of Israel. The talent of the actors Yankele
Bodo and Gadi Yagil, and the magic of Yiddish music are combined in this
play, which recounts the life of the great Jewish troubadour of the
20th century, Mordechai Gebirtig. Emotion, humour and nostalgia
