Le VIIème Congrès International d’Art Juif.
Consacré à « l’espace sacré dans les cultures juive,
chrétienne, et islamique » ce congrès est parrainé par le conseil de l’Europe
et l’Unesco. Rappelons que les congrès organisés par le Centre d’Art Juif
de l’Université Hébraique ont pour visée d’évoquer les représentations
artistiques des trois grandes religions monothéistes, dont les formes
et les motifs sont souvent communs, tout en conservant des caractères
spécifiques à chacune. Au programme du prochain congrès, des séances de
travail sur la liturgie et les manuscrits liturgiques, l’architecture
et les objets rituels des trois religions.
